Ms. Ehrlichman graduated from Bowling Green State University in 1986 with a B.S. in Journalism and a minor in Political Science. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Ehrlichman gained legal experience as a paralegal and a real estate title examiner. Ms. Ehrlichman graduated from the Wayne State University Law School in 2002. She first joined The Findling Law Firm, PLC as a law clerk during her third year of law school.

Ms. Ehrlichman specializes in commercial insolvency and the enforcement of financial obligations, frequently serving as counsel to receivers, special restructuring officers, and assignees for the benefit of creditors. She represents both creditors and debtors in commercial and consumer bankruptcies. Ms. Ehrlichman is experienced in overseeing operations of on-going businesses in receivership, as well as the liquidation of businesses, commercial real property and construction projects in receivership and assignment for the benefit of creditors proceedings. Ms. Ehrlichman’s practice also focuses on the enforcement of support obligations and property settlements in domestic relations cases. She is a trained domestic relations mediator, where she specializes in property and business disputes, as well as the interplay between domestic relations and bankruptcy. Ms. Ehrlichman regularly writes for “The Enforcer,” a monthly column on enforcement issues in the State Bar of Michigan’s Family Law Journal.
