Amanda E. Chapman is an attorney who focuses on Receiverships, Collections, and Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors.  Amanda is also experienced in the practice of family law, and has obtained the Family Law Certificate (2014) issued by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and cosponsored by the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan. Her background litigating family law matters is particularly useful in the administration of court appointed receiverships for the purpose of post-judgment enforcement.

While attending law school, she won the prestigious Donald E. Barris Trial Competition in Fall 2010 and was a member of the WSU National Trial Advocacy Team from 2010-2012. Amanda has also externed with the Michigan Attorney General’s Office in the Labor Division and participated in a legal study abroad program specializing in International Criminal Law. Amanda is licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan and is a member of the State Bar of Michigan.
