Erica Ehrlichman

Working in the Insolvency Group since 2002, Erica Ehrlichman specializes in commmercial, construction lien, and family court receiverships, assignments for the benefit of creditors, and bankruptcy, particularily the interplay between bankruptcy and domestic relations matters. Ms. Ehrlichman began her practice primarily focused on civil and post-judgement enforcement, as well as domestic support collection. In 2004, with the beginning of the changing economy, her practice evolved to concentrate in commercial insolvency solutions, including the receivership, assignment and sale of business concerns and commercial and residential real estate. She has wide ranging experience representing receivers, including those appointed in the family court. Ms. Ehrlichman is regularly responsible for the administration and sale of multiple businesses and properties, including hotels, apartment buildings, strip malls, office buildings, condominium complexes, restuarants, bars, and doctor’s offices. Ms. Ehrlichman has federal and state court appellant experience, including successfully representing a receiver in a matter by the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals which resulted in a favorable published opinion.
